Exceptions

During busy periods (e.g., sales, promotions, limited releases, Black Friday, etc.), it may take 1–3 additional business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Immediately after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email as a shipping confirmation with the tracking number for your shipment.

Customs/VAT charges

Shipping costs do not include any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied in the destination country; these must be paid by the recipient of the goods upon arrival. Such fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

For purchases outside the EU, VAT/IVA is not included in the item price. Within Europe, it is included in the price of the items. The final price of the product is the price displayed on the website and will not vary under any circumstances.
