RETURN POLICY

Would you like to return your order or an item? Read below to learn how our return policy works.

You can return a product in the following cases

1. Within 15 days of receiving your order (right of withdrawal).

2. If you received the wrong product, the wrong color, or the wrong size.

3. The item being returned must:

• Be unworn
• Be unwashed
• Be in its original condition
• Have all labels still attached
• Be in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

How can I return my order or item?

To ensure that your return can be processed properly, all returns must be registered through our official returns portal before shipping.

Returns sent to our warehouse without prior registration through the returns portal will not be processed. This also applies to returns shipped via third-party courier services that were arranged independently and not requested through our returns portal. In such cases, the package may be refused upon arrival or returned to the sender.

Items must ALWAYS be returned in their original packaging because of the barcode associated with the product.

If the product is in the wrong packaging, it will NOT be accepted!

When will I get my money back?

We will refund your purchase amount within 14 days after we receive your return.

Refund Policy

In the following cases, we may not be able to accept a return or refund the full purchase price:

1. If the product is damaged or shows obvious signs of wear and tear. Under the right of withdrawal, you may examine and try on the product just as you would in a store.

2. If the product is not in its original packaging.

You are responsible for properly packing and shipping your return. If the returned product is damaged, we will charge you for the costs.

Shipping Costs

We will only reimburse return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part, such as if we delivered the wrong product or a damaged product. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
