RETURN POLICY

Would you like to return your order or an item? Please read the following information about our return policy.

You may return a product in the following cases

1. Within 14 days of receiving your order. (Right of withdrawal)

2. If you received the wrong product, product color, or product size.

3. The returned product must: 

• Unworn
• To be unwashed
• In original condition
• With all the tags still attached
• Included in the original packaging are

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

How can I return my order or item? 

To ensure that your return can be processed correctly, all returns must be registered through our official returns portal before shipping.

Returns sent to our warehouse without prior registration via the returns portal will not be processed. This also applies to returns shipped via third-party courier services that have been arranged independently and not requested through our returns portal. In such cases, the package may be refused upon arrival or returned to the sender.

Items must ALWAYS be returned in their original packaging due to the barcode associated with the product.

If the product is in the wrong packaging, it will NOT be accepted!

When will I get my money back?

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your order/item.

Refund Policy

In the following cases, we cannot accept returns or refund the total purchase price.

1. If the product is damaged or shows obvious signs of wear and tear. The right of withdrawal allows the customer to try out the product as if they were in a physical store.

2. If the product is not in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is shipped properly. If the returned product is damaged, the customer will be held liable for the costs.

Shipping costs

We will only reimburse return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part—for example, if we delivered the wrong product or a damaged product. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
